This 25yr old man with gynecomastia (Stage 4) required both volume and skin reduction. A "keyhole procedure" was used to reshape the chest and remove the gynecomastia tissue. Fatty tissue, glandular tissue and skin were all removed. The nipple keyhole procedure preserved nipple sensation.
