Solution: Remove breast implants (325cc), Breast Lift and Fat grafting to restore volume and shape ( 2 sessions).

49yr woman had breast implants 19 years before and right away knew they were too big. Her breasts felt tender "all the time". She was not comfortable wearing a bathing suit. Her weight was stable. She knew she would remove the implants. First, the implants were deflated preop ( saline implants). This gave her choice and control in the surgical plan. The implants were removed and the breasts lifted. The concave breast upper pole was restored with fat grafting from her torso ( 2 sessions). Her weight has increased to 125lb ( after 5 months) and the breasts have gotten larger.
