Description:

This patient, who had a previous breast augmentation with another surgeon, was unhappy with her appearance following multiple pregnancies. She wanted to regain the fuller breasts she had prior to having children. At her consultation with Dr. Ditesheim, she chose new silicone gel implants that would give her the size and shape she desired. Dr. Ditesheim performed an implant exchange.

Before: “After having 5 children, I want to exchange my old implants for new silicone implants.”

After: “I’m thrilled that my breasts look like they once did, before I had children. My breasts are the perfect size!”
