Description: 17yr boy with gynecomastia after taking prohormones while working out. The prohormones or "gym supplements"have hormone-like ingredients that stimulates the breast tissue under the nipple to grow out of control.  Both sides were treated but the right side had 31grams of breast tissue, the left only 7 grams removed.  Because the breast tissue herniated through the nipple areola zone, when the chest skin relaxes, the nipple skin stretches and gives the unfavorable "puffy nipple appearance".   Treatment is removal of the great tissue.  The skin will contract, due to its elasticity.
