This very fit 51 year old woman desired a toned tummy and better shape but did not want a full tummy tuck. Instead, she chose Hi-definition Body Sculpting with Vaser Liposuction and Renuvion and a Mini-tummy tuck. Fatty tissue of the tummy, waist and thighs was selectively reduced and the loose skin tightened with Renuvion. The fat was used to augment the buttocks to give a rounder fuller buttocks shape. A small amount of lower tummy skin was removed with a Mini-tummy tuck with a scar at the superior border of the pubic area.
