This 67yr old woman frustrated with hanging arms but did not want a long scar; achieved a significant change in the shape of her arms with minimal scar. ( only scar is 1cm in axilla and behind elbow). No skin was removed but the circumferential arm measured 3.5 inches less immediately and at 2 months. A total of 5 lb of fat was removed and Renuvion ( for tightening loose skin) was used at 70% energy for 6 passes.
