This young man voluntarily lost 100lbs. This created excess skin of his chest with a lower displaced nipple. This is not really gynecomastia, but a consequence of his large weight loss. Reshaping his chest required removing excess skin and repositioning the nipple with a free nipple graft. Four months after the procedure the scar is still pink, but appropriately placed in the natural crease under the chest muscle.
